Leadership

​

STATIC Tech was founded by Michael Hardman Sr., a 21 year U.S. military veteran with more than 24 years of combined experience across the intelligence community, defense operations, and enterprise IT environments. His career spans support to multiple federal intelligence missions, where he developed deep expertise in Technical Data Network Analysis (TDNA), Advanced Network and Signals Analysis, System Administration, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Mission IT Operations. Through his work with CACI, Realmone, and other mission-focused organizations, Michael has contributed to some of the nation’s most critical intelligence and defense initiatives, gaining firsthand insight into the technical and operational demands of high-stakes environments.
